A special 5% discount will be offered to guests staying with us for 12 months or above.
We are happy to offer a price reduction of HK$500 per month to guests who can confirm within 7days after viewing.
How to Book?
To proceed to booking, please provide the following information for us to prepare your Lease Agreement:
1) Principal guest name / Name of Lease Agreement signee (must be above 18 years old)
2) Copy of Passport / ID of principal guest for personal lease; or copy of Business Registration for company lease (only company registered in Hong Kong is accepted);
3) All names and ages of guests who will be staying at the apartment unit;
4) Check-in date & check-out date;
5) Contact information: mailing address, email, contact number
How much do I need to pay for the Deposit?
After receiving all of the details above, we will send you the Lease Agreement and payment procedures in due course.
Please note that an Advance Payment (50% of your first month’s rent payment) is required for your apartment unit reservation.
All apartment units are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please settle the advance payment at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

Is pet allowed?
Pets are strictly NOT allowed in apartment.
Can I book it if I am under 18?
The Principal Guest must be AT LEAST 18 years of age.
What is Stamp Duty?
Stamp duty may apply subject to unit type, price and your length of stay. Should that is the case, guests would be required to pay for 50% of the stamp duty.
Check-in and Check out time?
Check-in time is 15:00 or after on arrival date, and check-out time is 11:00 on departure date. Please call us 2 hours before your arrival to the apartment.

Booking & Payment Terms?
The minimum duration of stay is 3 months.
Upon Lease Agreement signing, you will be required to settle a 1-month security deposit for contract below 6 months, OR a 2-month security deposit for contract of 6 months or above.
Upon check-in, you will be required to settle the remaining 50% of your first month’s rental payment.

Remark
No cancellation, date amendment nor early termination will be allowed after the signing of Leasing Agreement, or receipt of any advance payment/deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks upon check-out, given the apartment unit is returned in satisfactory condition. Additional surcharge may applied should there be any missing items, and/or damage to the apartment unit.
