Living with All-inn-One
Can I cook in the apartment?
Yes of course! Each of our apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen including: a kettle, a refrigerator, a hob and a range of cooking utensils. Crockery, cutlery and glassware are also provided.
Are washing machines provided in the apartments
Yes! you are welcomed to do your laundry in the washing machine which you can find in each apartment. An iron and an ironing board can also be found the the apartment.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No smoking on the premises and common area/ hallway. A penalty of HKD 1,500 would be charged if smoking is caught on the premises.
What if there is an emergency during our stay?
Our tenants will have access to our team's number. Tenants will be able to call our team 24/7 in case of an emergency.
Are bed bedding, towels and amenities provided.
Yes, we provide clean bedding, duvet and pillow for all tenants. Amenities e.g. towel and hair dryers are provided.
Do parking spaces come with the apartment?
No, unfortunately we do not provide any parking spaces
How do I receive mail?
Our tenants are welcomed to use our office address for their post. tenants will be able to collect mail during our office hours:
Monday-Friday: 10am - 5:30pm
How many people can stay in each apartment?
The maximum of guest for each apartment varies. Extra beds could be provided in certain apartments for an additional cost.
Due to fire regulations and for our tenants safety, please consider guest numbers when choosing apartments and do not exceed the maximum number.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?
Yes, we provide free unlimited WiFi. Making sure you can work from home and keep in touch with family and friends
Are pets allowed in the apartment?
Unfortunately, our apartments strictly adopts a NO pets policy.
Is All-Inn-One safe?
We have installed CCTV surveillance systems through out the communal areas of All-inn-One to ensure safety. All of our apartments come with a digital passcode door lock. Moreover, all of our apartments come with an electronic safe. For our tenant's personal safety we kindly ask to never give away their keys our passcode to third parties
What utilities are included in the rent?
Utilities such as gas, water, electricity and internet are included in the rent. So there are no additional bills.
However, if the utilities are not used sensibly and bills are unreasonable, an additional fee will be charged.
Please be considerate to the environment and turn off all taps, lights and electronic appliances when they are not in use.

Can I request a particular apartment?
We will surely try to satisfy your requests, However this will only be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
What are the check-in and check-out time?
Please contact us to book your check-in and check-out time
Can I view the property in advance?
Yes, we encourage you to visit us and view apartment in advance.
You are welcome to book viewings for multiple apartments. We offer guided viewing both online and in-person. You may also arrange self-viewing if you prefer more privacy.
Viewing of a unit is subject to the vacancy of the apartment at the time of contact.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
The minimum duration of stay is 3 months. For 3-5 months, the rent will be 8% higher than the listed price (6-12 months) shown in the catalog.
Can I bring guest over to the apartment?
Our tenants are very much welcome to bring guest. We ask our tenant's guest to respect our house rules and fire regulations for their safety
Can I book an apartment if I am below 18?
In order to make a booking, the principle tenant has to be at least 18 years old.
What if the apartment I requested is not available?
If your requested apartment type or location is not available during your requested dates, we will try our best to offer you an alternative apartment that is a similar type and in a nearby
location.
What is the booking process?
You can find your apartment by enquiring via email allinnonehk@gmail.com or by calling our team on (+852) 9697 1189. You could also fill in our apartment finder form.
Upon receiving your enquiry, we will provide a quote for your apartment along with the apartment details and payment procedure.
Bookings can only be confirmed after we receive your deposit payments. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
Can I extend my stay?
Option to extend: Subject to prevailing room rate & availability. Please notify us as soon as possible.
